Dashboard tour

Where everything lives, and what the cards on your home screen are telling you.

Signing in lands you on your workspace home. This page explains what you are looking at and where to find everything else.

The sidebar

Navigation is grouped by what you are trying to do.

  • Home — the dashboard you land on.
  • GrowthSocial Audit, Content Studio, and Pipeline (Blog and Video).
  • WorkspaceAI Context and Settings.

Under Settings you will find Workspace, Profile, Connections and Website Settings. Members appears there too, but only in team workspaces.

At the bottom of the sidebar is your user menu; the workspace switcher sits at the top. See Switching workspaces.

Getting Started

A three-step checklist that ticks itself off as you go:

  1. Connect a social account — link Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Threads to pull your real data.
  2. Run your first audit — get an analysis of your recent performance.
  3. Explore Content Studio — score and improve your existing posts.

Completed steps are struck through. Once all three are done the card has served its purpose.

Audit status

Before you have run anything, this reads "No audits have been run yet" and offers Start audit.

After an audit completes it shows the grade, the score out of 100, when it ran, and the period it covered — plus a freshness pill:

PillMeaning
CurrentAudited within the last 30 days
Refresh recommendedBetween 30 and 60 days old
OutdatedMore than 60 days old

Buttons take you to View audit or Re-run.

Quick action

This card changes with your setup state, so it always points at the single most useful next thing — connecting an account, running your first audit, or reviewing your latest one.

Connected platforms

A summary of what this workspace is currently pulling data from. Manage them under Settings → Connections.

Where to go next

Connect a platform, then run an audit. Those two steps unlock everything else.
