Metrics & Analytics
- Engagement Rate
- The share of your audience that interacts with a post — engagements divided by followers (or reach).
- Engagement Rate by Reach
- Engagement divided by the number of unique accounts that saw the post, rather than by followers.
- Reach
- The number of unique accounts that saw your content at least once.
- Impressions
- The total number of times your content was displayed, including repeat views.
- Views
- The number of times a video or post was watched or viewed.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- The percentage of people who clicked after seeing something — clicks divided by impressions.
- Watch Time
- The total amount of time viewers have spent watching your videos.
- Average View Duration
- The average length of time viewers watch a video before leaving.
- Audience Retention
- The percentage of a video viewers keep watching at each moment.
- Completion Rate
- The percentage of viewers who watch a video all the way to the end.
- Activation Rate
- Average views per video divided by subscribers — how much of your base actually watches.
- Follower Tier
- A band of audience size (e.g. nano, micro, mid, macro, mega) used to set fair benchmarks.
- Saves
- When a user bookmarks your post to return to it later.
- Shares
- When a user sends your content to someone else or reposts it.
- Follower Growth Rate
- How quickly your audience is growing over a period, as a percentage.
- Churn Rate
- The rate at which followers or paying members leave over a period.
- Dwell Time
- How long a user lingers on your post or profile before moving on.
- Sentiment Analysis
- Gauging whether the response to your content is positive, negative, or neutral.
- Conversion Rate
- The percentage of people who take a desired action, like buying or signing up.
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
- What an advertiser pays each time someone clicks an ad.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Revenue generated for every dollar spent on advertising.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- The average cost to gain one new customer or paying member.
- Lifetime Value (LTV)
- The total revenue you expect from a customer over the whole relationship.

- Sponsorship
- A brand paying a creator to feature its product, typically across one or more posts.
- Brand Integration
- A sponsor woven into a piece of content that is mostly about something else.
- Dedicated Video
- A whole piece of content built entirely around a sponsor's product.
- Title Sponsorship
- A premium deal where a brand sponsors a series, season, or your whole channel.
- Paid Partnership
- The disclosed label for content a brand has paid a creator to publish.
- Media Kit
- A creator's pitch document with audience stats, past work, and rates for brands.
- Rate Card
