Everything to do with existing connections happens on one screen: Settings → Connections.
Reading the cards
Each platform card shows a pill — green Connected with the bound account name underneath, or grey Not connected with a description of what connecting would give you.
Only owners and admins see the connect and disconnect controls. Members see the same status but cannot change it.
Disconnecting
Press Disconnect on a connected card. You are asked "Disconnect this account?" — press Confirm to proceed or Cancel to back out.
Swapping to a different account
There is no "switch account" control. Disconnect the current one, then connect again and pick the account you want at the picker step.
This is how you move to a different Facebook Page, YouTube channel, Instagram account or Shopify blog.
When a connection expires
Platform tokens do not last forever. They stop working when:
- the platform's token lifetime runs out,
- you change your password on that platform,
- you revoke BlueKona's access from the platform's own security settings, or
- the account's permissions change — for example a Facebook Page admin role is removed.
When that happens, data collection for that platform stops and scheduled audits for it stop running.
Fixing it
Reconnecting is the same flow as connecting: press Connect and approve again. You do not lose past audits, and you do not need to reconfigure anything downstream.
Common errors
"You need owner or admin access to connect platforms." Your workspace role does not allow it. See Roles and permissions.
"This platform is not configured yet. Check back soon." That integration is not enabled on this deployment. Nothing on your side will fix it.
"Your session expired. Please reconnect." The stored token is no longer valid. Reconnect the platform.
"Connection was authorised but could not be saved. Please try again." The approval succeeded but the result did not persist. Try connecting again; if it keeps happening, see Getting help.
"No active workspace found. Try switching workspaces." Your session lost track of which workspace is active. Pick one from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar and retry.
