bluekona connects to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. You authorise with your personal account, then choose which Page to analyse.
What you need
- A Facebook Page.
- Admin access to that Page.
Connect it
Open Connections
Go to Settings → Connections and press Connect on the Facebook card.
Authorise with Facebook
Sign in with the personal account that administers the Page. bluekona does not analyse your personal profile.
Select your Pages
Facebook asks which Pages to grant access to. Make sure the Page you want is ticked — if it is not, it will not appear in the next step.
Pick the Page
Choose which Page to bind. You are returned with "Facebook Page connected."

- Distribution — publish approved content to the Page.
Connecting more than one Page
Each workspace binds one Facebook Page at a time. To analyse a second Page, either switch the connection to it, or use a separate workspace — see Personal vs team workspaces.
Troubleshooting
The Page I want is not in the list First, reconnect and check the Page is switched on during Facebook's approval step.
If the Page still does not appear even though you have full control of it, check whether it is owned by a Business Portfolio. Facebook does not always share portfolio-owned Pages with connected apps, and holding full control through the portfolio is not always enough. Ask a Page admin to give you access to the Page directly rather than through the portfolio, then reconnect.
Insights are empty Facebook only provides Page insights above a minimum audience size, and only from the point the Page had activity. Very new or very small Pages may legitimately return nothing.
"Security check failed. Please try again." The approval round-trip took too long or was interrupted. Start again from Connect.
