Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Also known as: CTR
The percentage of people who clicked after seeing something — clicks divided by impressions.
Click-through rate is clicks divided by impressions, expressed as a percentage. On YouTube it usually refers to how often viewers click a video after seeing its thumbnail and title; in links and ads it measures clicks on the link. A higher CTR signals a more compelling hook, thumbnail, or headline.
