The sidebar provides quick access to:

  • Dashboard - Your home base with overview and quick actions
  • Analysis - View audit results and insights
  • Settings - Manage social connections and account preferences

Dashboard Home

When you first log in, you'll see:

Welcome Section

  • Personalized greeting
  • Quick stats on connected accounts
  • Getting started guidance for new users

Action Cards

Social Media Audit & Performance Card

  • Start Single Platform Audit - Analyze one platform in depth
  • Start Cross-Platform Audit - Comprehensive multi-platform analysis
  • View past audit results

Connected Platforms Card

  • See all your connected social media accounts
  • Quick status indicators (active, token expired, disconnected)
  • Add new platform connections
  • Manage existing connections

Audit Schedule (for returning users)

  • View your last audit date
  • Schedule next audit
  • See recommended audit frequency

Key Features

Starting an Audit

Single Platform Audit

  1. Click "Start Single Platform Audit"
  2. Select the platform to analyze
  3. Confirm and start the analysis
  4. Wait 2-5 minutes for results

Cross-Platform Audit

  1. Click "Start Cross-Platform Audit"
  2. The system analyzes all connected platforms
  3. Generates unified insights and recommendations
  4. Results typically ready in 5-10 minutes

Viewing Results

Navigate to the Analysis section to:

  • See your latest audit report
  • Compare performance across platforms
  • Read AI-generated insights
  • Access detailed metrics
  • Download reports

Managing Connections

Go to Settings > Social Connections to:

  • View all connected accounts
  • Add new platforms
  • Refresh expired tokens
  • Disconnect platforms
  • See connection status

Status Indicators

Connection Status

Connected (Green)

  • Platform is active and ready for analysis
  • Token is valid
  • Data is being collected

Token Expired (Orange)

  • Connection needs to be refreshed
  • Click "Reconnect" to refresh authorization
  • No data loss, just needs re-authentication

Disconnected (Gray)

  • Platform is not connected
  • Click to connect

Audit Status

In Progress

  • Analysis is currently running
  • Typically takes 2-10 minutes
  • Don't close the browser window

Completed

  • Results are ready to view
  • Click to see the full report

Failed

  • An error occurred during analysis
  • Check troubleshooting guide
  • Try running the audit again

Quick Actions

Connect Platform Button

Found at the top of most pages, this button lets you quickly add new social media connections without navigating through settings.

Start Audit Button

Appears when you have at least one connected platform. Click to immediately begin analyzing your accounts.

Account Menu

Click your profile icon to:

  • Access account settings
  • View subscription details
  • Log out

Customizing Your Experience

Settings

Access settings to configure:

  • Profile - Update your name and email
  • Notifications - Set preferences for audit completion alerts
  • Social Connections - Manage connected platforms
  • Billing - View subscription and payment information (if applicable)

Understanding the Data Flow

  1. Connection - You authorize bluekona.ai to read your analytics
  2. Data Collection - We retrieve the last 14 days of performance data
